    B23-0083 the "Vulnerable User Collision Recovery Amendment Act of 2020" was unanimously voted into law by the DC Council on December 1, it goes to Mayor Bowser with a 30 day Congressional hearing after which it becomes enacted into DC Code.

    Beautiful work and amazing history -- but fully self-powered locomotion, vs pedal-assist on MVT? Tut-tut!
    (It sure doesn't look like a comfy, or well-handling ride...!)
