Pedestrian/e-bike collision kills the pedestrian on the Upper West Side. That area of the UWS is very commercial and busy. Amsterdam is one way north bound and the bike lane is one way on the left-hand side of the street, buffered with parked cars between the bike lane and the regular travel lanes. No curb-side parking. My personal and unscientific observations are that 80% of e-bikes in NYC are commercial delivery vehicles, 20% are Citibikes bikeshare, and maybe 10% are personal transportation.
