1/5 Had to navigate the actual roads at the airport to get close enough to get this shot of the sculpture of the president for whom National Airport was re- named back in 1998.

1/4/25 Sculpture outside Vienna Community Center. Especially love this because I’m a big reader and love that the sculpture implies that the little girls is setting off in flight from her tower of books. Flights of imagination and all that. (Quick Google search says it is actually called “Taking Flight” and was installed in 2017 in honor of a late mayor of Vienna)
