I’m sorry to hear that. That is a bit earlier than I come through. I did not see anything. You should post on the Capitol Crescent Trail Users Facebook group, as many of those riders would be on that stretch in the morning.

Interesting how the police always seem to be unwilling to ticket a motorist for an infraction they did not observe, even when there is video evidence. 😡

Exactly what I was thinking. But they’ll readily ticket a cyclist without witnessing the incident and based on the motorist’s version of what happened.
