5 times BAFSer that just moved. Waited until the full 250 were registered (I embrace being a second class BAFS citizen since I moved, even though it was for love!) before trying to get in. I absolutely love this competition. It basically changed my fitness life and empowered me to do things I didn’t think I could do. Thank you to everyone who keeps this going. If only I could stomach writing python I’d be more useful to the technical side. From what I can tell the codebase is really really high quality for what it is. Super cool.
Welcome aboard. After moving, I know that feeling of being a “second-class citizen, ” but don’t worry, you’ll fit right in. I get you on the Python thing. I’m more of a “brute force and ignorance” kind of coder myself. But seriously, the BAF code is impressive. Best of luck.
