They were there @ 4 p.m., so they must have come by and removed them during rush hour (?)

I came through around 4:30 heading west and they were still there – it seemed like more barrels had been added in the middle of the bridge, not just by the kennedy center although it’s not at all unlikely I just didn’t remember the middle ones from the morning ride.

I got off the phone around 3pm. Barrels were gone by 5:30pm

Barrels gone but thee was a large bag of trash in the sidewalk. I tossed it into traffic. Haha, just kidding. I tossed it into my trailer and hauled it to Virginia Ave where I put with two other large bags of trash. My good deed for the day.
