Physical therapy.

I injured my knee back in October and just hurt it again. My orthopedic likes to churn for visits and convieniently also runs a physical therapy clinic.

I’m loooking for alternatives to his practice in Arlington. Any recommendations?

I had a very positive first visit to Capitol Rehab in Ballston today. Very impressed with the doc, who is a triathlete himself and understands everything that goes into riding and heavy training. I’ll let you know about follow up visits!

Just had my first session today. I found a place on Glebe Rd next to Marymount. Plenty of parking. The only bad news is my therapist doesn’t want me riding outside for a few weeks
