PAL Sighted in Crystal City

This morning as I was entering Crystal City at the CC Connector I saw the PAL trailer parked and the PAL ambassador chatting with a bike rider. I stopped to get a picture of the trailer and Katie the ambassador came up to chat with me.

During the course of our chat Katie awarded me a Kind Fruit and Nut bar with the following Bike KINDly tip #4:

Communicate with hand signals, eye contact, and your positioning on the road.

I told Katie that she should come back on Tuesday when the CC coffee club meets. She said she would do that. So if you are a PAL, you too might get awarded with a Kind Fruit and Nut bar and a Bike KINDly tip.
