I’m quite familiar with the one in Bethesda (excellent) and that wouldn’t work at all for a bike happy hour. Too expensive, too loud inside, and no outside bar among other things. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go. You really should. It’s excellent.

The food is good but I doubt they have enough space inside or out for a happy hour from the forum.
