That depends, how hard do you ride your son? You don’t seem like the overbearing father type.
February 1, 2014 at 1:36 am #992664MikeyParticipantI go away for two days to Williamsburg. I leave and we are casually reconstructing the south, and I come back and and the south is voting for Republicans again. Wow, 100 years in about 36 hours.
February 1, 2014 at 2:28 am #992666DismalScientistParticipant:confused:
Umm… 100 years ago, the South was definitely not voting Republican…
(There may have been a few Republican victors during Reconstruction, but the South was solidly Democrat through the 1970s.)

Well…. we would be…. but certain people keep disliking my posts.

I think everyone should pause, because… it’s Friday. And it’s the last day of the month. And… MegaBeth will have the best Nixon pic, but not until Monday.
Okay, Mega, plague’s over. We gave your kidical pal the benefit of the doubt. I took the heat from R Canon (he TPed my house, poisoned my ferret and filled my mailbox with whipped cream.)
Let’s see the pic.

February 4, 2014 at 8:30 pm #992905MegabethParticipantBah. Sorry guys. The Plague got a hold of me. I’m back on the bike. And, now this picture is a little anti-climactic…

Although I like your creativity, we need a bike in the picture, but you already know that. Ford’s open for the steal.
February 5, 2014 at 1:20 am #992918cvcalhounParticipantFord. (And given today’s weather, I had to ford Water Street to get this photo!)

February 5, 2014 at 2:26 am #992921DismalScientistParticipantLame… At least find a dealership.
February 5, 2014 at 3:01 am #992924cvcalhounParticipantYou may recall that last week, I bicycled to the McKinley Building at AU and the Taft Bridge, only to have someone post each of those before I even got to see that the preceding President had 3 likes. I now have better ones for Carter, Reagan, and Clinton, but figured I’d better not take the time to get to a dealership, or this one would get grabbed, too.

Sorry, but I have to agree. I guess at least it’s a Ford model that was introduced after the presidency (not, say, a Mustang), but, still, ick!
February 5, 2014 at 5:21 am #992934cvcalhounParticipantWell, if someone else wants to find a better photo (Ford’s Theater, maybe?), they are welcome to. However, after 24 miles in the rain and sleet (and falling over once on an icy sidewalk), I’m not going out to find a Ford dealership tonight!
