    I came in to work 45 minute later than usual. As I was coming up the MUP from Roosevelt Island to cross the dreaded Lee/Lynn St intersection, to my left I saw an APD motorcycle blocking the right lane on the bridge with its blue light flashing. The officer was talking with a man in street clothes and the officer had either a ticket book or notepad in his hand. They were both standing on the sidewalk next to a parked bicycle with a helment hanging from the handlebars. Anyone know what happened?

    Sounds like routine police business to me.
