Apparent hit and run at 12th & Constitution

I’m not a fan of sentencing laws, but this plea bargain seems very inadequate. Reading washcycle’s compendium of what happens to people who murder with their vehicles was an eye-opener for me.
Are there any places where killing someone with a vehicle DOES lead to permanent revocation of one’s license?
