Sad death in NY

From my perspective there’s always been an underlying tension between myself and motorcyclists. Even though we both travel on 2-wheels there’s just not much else in common. This confirms it… idiots like this should have their licenses permanently revoked.

I’m expecting that the driver of the car will be seeing some serious charges in the near future as well – DUI, hit and run, manslaughter…

New York State has some of the the more strict driving laws does it not?

Agree with below, but I’ve never experienced anything but politeness and waves from motorcyclists. I even get a wave now and then.

I’ve never had any issues with motorcyclists. As a group, I’ve found them to be more polite than motorists. There are idiots in every group, unfortunately.

Agreed, a few weeks back a burly dude on a hog past me and gave me the peace sign, made my morning…… thanks two wheeled compatriot! But also agreed, there are idiots everywhere!

Yep, this has been my experience. I’m actually surprised at how many motorcyclists wave at me.
