Cycling Event Benefiting Injured Veterans

Hi all!! I wanted to let you know about a great event coming to the Arlington area!

On September 12th, Ride 2 Recovery is hosting Honor Ride DC. The ride will be starting in Pentagon City (exactly address TBD) and fully supports Ride 2 Recovery, a 501(c) that focuses on restoring hope and purpose for healing veterans through cycling-based programs. All of the funds raised through Honor Ride DC go towards providing bikes and training programs for veterans suffering from mental or physical injuries.

This is a self-paced non-competitive ride, open to the public and offers two routes of 18 or 45 miles which will both be fully supported with SAG and rest stops. After riders finish there will be food, music and vendors to check out & enjoy!
