I like how this message encourages people to be reflective without admonishing those aren't. I always wear reflectors while riding, especially because I ride mostly in streets, but there's a slippery slope toward victim-blaming that we don't want to travel down. There is not and should not be a requirement for pedestrians to wear reflectors.

I've been riding the road into the for the last few weeks and staying off the trails. This morning I rode Custis and W&OD both in and out of the city so that I could bask in the awesomeness that is these signs. Soooooooooooo impossibly awesome.

    Thank you!!!

    Love,
    Dirt

Just heard that these signs on the Custis near George Mason are out of order. If someone is going past there tonight--can you stop fix them?

Depends on if the new order is better than the original or not.

I rode past these last weekend. I like them. It would like to see them spaced a bit farther apart. Part of the appeal of the Burma Shave signs is the anticipation of what the next sign will say.

You ride too fast. Ride slower, like mere sub-10k mortals, and then the signs will have the proper time spacing.

I wish I could say speed was the problem. But if they spaces them farther I could get more miles.
