Default Four Mile Run Closures Starting 6/20/11

Arlington County will be rehabilitating the sanitary sewer pipe running along Four Mile Run Trail beginning the week of June 13 through the week of July 11 (dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances). The work will result in sections of Four Mile Run Trail being closed; the W&OD Trail will remain open and should be used instead for the duration of the project.

    Details can be found here.

    Thanks for the heads up.
I like that they're putting it into a rehab program instead of just replacing it. Sanitary sewers are valued members of the community that should not just be thrown away... especially when there's a program for getting them clean and sober.
