Actually the bike lanes are on different streets, Wilson Blvd going from in front of the Rosslyn Safeway to Clarendon and on Clarendon Blvd going from Clarendon to Oak Street in Rosslyn. These bike lanes run next to parked cars and are definitely not wide enough for two way cycling since they don't actually get you out of the door zone, even riding just inside the line next to traffic.
