I've been lurking here for a while - I've found this forum to be an amazing source of information. Finally decided to create an account and say hello.
I live in Falls Church and spend most of my riding time on the W&OD, Custis, MVT, Holmes Run, and the "other" CCT (Fairfax). My commute is out to Fair Lakes, so I probably pass a number of you going in the opposite direction during the week and I'm sure I get passed by those of you who go in the same direction. (although I haven't been much for commuting by bike in the cold weather/snow/ice this winter and have been using my car far too often - I need to toughen up next winter!)
Looking forward to the warmer weather and to seeing you all out and about, as well as interacting with you here.
Welcome! There are plenty of WB commuters (Rolo & Hozn come to mind) and many of of us will head out that way for the coffee clubs. Those are a great way to put faces to names.

Hi everyone! I'm new too. I got invited to the forum by a friendly rider I met on the trail a little over a month ago now. I ride from Ballston to work at Georgetown University nearly every day. It makes me so much happier than driving!!
