Cool, is this a screen capture from go-pro? If so what's the highest resolution image you can get?

It's a Contour Roam. As far as I know, the only settings are "On" and "Off." The pic is a screen capture from the vid, and then cropped. I think you get better quality from the GoPro, but the Contour had a great form factor for a handlebar and is very easy to use.

Ah, read the manual. This is what the website says:

All video settings can be managed with the Contour Desktop Software.

Full HD - 1920 x 1080 @ 30/25fps
Tall HD - 1280 x 960 @ 30/25fps
Action HD - 1280 x 720 @ 60/50 or 30/25fps

Codec H.264/AAC Filetype – MP4

Ran into Team V teammate Bilsko this afternoon around Washington Circle. Unfortunately I had organized to meet my family for dinner at a specified time so we couldn't do any extra team miles. Maybe when this horrid weather clears up a bit.
