Kate Ryan has moved her blog to Tumblr (the world's #1 service for creating truncated sentences on Twitter) http://kateryanlanechange.tumblr.com/

    And this is awesome:
Your request http://www.denitto.com/ was denied because of its content categorization: "Adult/Mature Content"

    Default Bike Thieves Beware

While I don't presume to declare it among the "best bike blogs," I did recently launch a blog that indisputably qualifies as a "bike blog"--and which I would very much like folks to check out.

It's called Bike Thieves Beware and it's for anyone who has had a bike stolen, anyone who wants to keep a beloved bike from getting stolen, anyone who dreams of striking fear into the hearts of bike thieves everywhere...

Please give it a read. (And comment if you are so moved; ideally I'd like to get a conversation going.) Thanks!

FYI - DC Rainmaker is a good blog/website, especially for those interested in bike-related electronics and gear (GPS, bike trainers, etc.), but it is no longer strictly local. He used to live in Alexandria and participate in the DC Triathlon Club. He now lives in Paris (France, not Texas) with "The Girl" (his wife). He still makes references to Northern Virginia and D.C. routes and locales, but not as much as before. In any case, he continues to travel a lot. His blog has always had a wide geographical focus.
