Yes, but I understand you met some pretty cool people on the train home.

    Default Chaotic?.......This......Is......GoPro!

I mostly like the video, especially the transition from night into day along with the fact that I've never biked the whole way from the Beltway south to Mt Vernon Highway along US-1 (I always do parts and take other roads). The music plays well with the sped up, chaotic nature of the footage, but it is a bit shaky (which could make viewers sick). Does your video editing software have any anti-shake/shake reduction functions (I use iMovie which does)?

Looking forward to the next one!
Since it is the basic GoPro Studio editor the options are fairly limited, and perhaps no motion smoothing in the world can handle the notoriously stiff Cannondale CAAD 10. My hardware at the moment is a glorified Windows tablet (all-in-one PC). I have been working on a new video since last night but the GoPro Studio crashed and deleted all of my work, so I'm playing around with Lightworks for the first time today. Thanks for the support and it is a great ride, save for the mouthfuls of bugs at those hours.

    Default Cycling Adventure Saturday

Local cycling adventure taking me from Rosslyn to Crystal City back up Custis Trail to Virginia Square area back to Rosslyn. Blame the bike for enabling the non-cycling activities. Edited on GoPro Studio because Lightworks crashes my computer ever time whereas GoPro just crashes some of the time.

I watched the Gravity Soul in Frederick on Saturday. It's a dual slalom race -- if you don't know what that is, it's a short downhill mountain bike race where contestants ride side-by-side on separate tracks. The courses are swoopy, with berms and jumps. It's exciting to watch because you can see both racers pushing each other, the whole course, at breakneck speeds. On this course, I heard qualifying times were as fast as 28 seconds. It's also amazing watching kids (real and "-at heart") get 5+ feet of air.

BTW, although fun to watch, I couldn't do this... well, fast enough to qualify at least

    Default New Channel Trailer

Moving across the country from the DC area to the Seattle area has been stressful, exciting, and huge boost of inspiration and creativity, so I did some extra work to polish up future bike videos. First off, I redid my YouTube channel trailer that includes an animation that I created that I can use in my videos. I decided to post this here because I still have a backlog of footage from biking in DC that will make its way into upcoming videos along with new footage from biking in Seattle.

Here's my new channel trailer; those with a keen eye may be able to see themselves in it
