Yup. I have to bump up the lights and other reflective gear when I wear it. They are fixing that for 2013. They're coming out with HiVis Orange for both the pants and jacket. I've already got mine on order.

With a name like sturmPrinz, and it being a rain jacket, I'm surprised they didn't go with purple.
