Just remembered...if heated gloves are on the table, Gerbings is pretty much the gold standard, at least for motorsports/hunters. I have one their battery powered vests and it's quite cozy, although much too warm for cycling IME. Kinda spendy though, but I think they're in the same price range as most other battery powered gear. One thing I like about heated gear is that you can wear it without turning on the heat, but if you have to stop to change a tire or watch cyclocross races or something, you can turn it on as needed.
