Lights Out?

A light inspection was conducted by Parks & Rec and recently submitted through Dominion Power's on line reporting system on 11/5/12. A total of 16 lights were reported out on the Custis Trail. They do not receive updates from Dominion about the status of any work order created through their system. They usually make repairs within a couple weeks depending on the nature of the problem.

Like the street lights, Arlington does not own the network of utilities along the trail system. Therefore the only authorized personnel to make repairs work for Dominion.

So, other than the Custis--are there lights out anywhere else along bike infrastructure? How's that FMR Connector trail near Shirlington under 395 looking these days?

I think there are about three lights out on the eastern end of the FMR connector.

Bike infrastructure, loosely understood: on the Washington Blvd shortcut between N. Aberdeen St. and Lee Hwy & Washington Blvd. on the bike lane there are a few lights out. Also, loosely understood, my headlight has been out for a couple months. (Apologies to all my 5:30 am riders I've scared the daylights out of.) and I am oh so excited to have just got my new Light & Motion in!!

I rode through the 4MR connector under I-395 around 4:30 pm today and all the lights were working. Two lights were missing their covers, the third light from each end.
