4 Mile Run Cleanup Gone Wrong

When I rolled up somebody was already on the phone reporting it. Somewhere upstream of the Shirlington Rd bridge is all I could tell.

The Dept. of Environmental Services is on their way to check this out.

They've been doing a lot of work in the sewage lines further west on Four Mile Run. I've smelled a bit of chemicals here and there as I've ridden by. I'm guessing something went amiss with that project.
