    Default Jefferson Drive near the Capitol

    Three of the traffic lights along Jefferson Drive were out of commission this morning, including the one that crosses 3rd Street NW. No one was out yet to direct traffic. Be careful.

    Yep. Nobody in the city (including WMATA's "professional drivers") knows the law that one must treat a dark signal as a 4-way stop. Nice little game of Frogger on my morning commute.
