    Default Vienna Elementary Will Try For 100 Bike Riders to School This Wednesday

    Vienna Elementary is aiming to become the first Vienna elementary school to reach the goal of one hundred students riding their bikes to school on Wednesday. This caps a year long community effort to promote safe riding to school.

    Vienna ES is the smallest school in FCPS so this will require almost 1/3 of the student body to bike to school! Kudos to their SRTS coordinator.

    I count seven VES students on my block. Maybe I should offer bike tune ups to all the kids to help encourage them.
