Would commute more often with some company; fast company (19-20mph) since the trip is 20 miles or so. Don't mind riding a bit slower if using the car 1-way; could provide car/bike-pool.

Update: so I haven't been riding as much as I used to; it turns out my average over the 21.5 mile route is closer to 16 mph riding into Greenbelt and 14.5 mph riding back. I was home in 1hr 30 min Thursday evening and arrived at work for Bike-to-Work Day in 1 hr 20 min.
That's still pretty quick considering stoplights in the suburbs!
Morning commutes are always faster for me.
What was your route? I live in Greenbelt, so I'm always curious about the roads and trails people choose.
I'd ride the full length of Briggs Chaney Rd and use Old Gunpowder Rd as a connector to Powder Mill.
yes i do ...
