Beautiful, comfortable Urbana bike

I'm selling my beautiful, olive green Urbana (http://www.urbanabikes.com) bike, purchased less than a year ago, for $700. It has about 35 miles on it, and I'm just not getting the use out of it I thought I would. I paid $1200 for it new, so it's almost 50% off the original price. It has a rack that can hold 120 pounds - this is a sturdy bike. It would be great for local commuting, especially for someone without a car. As far as size is concerned, it would fit most riders, and the rider sits upright on it, like a Dutch bike. It has a big seat and is quite comfortable; the U shape of the frame means one can easily wear a skirt while riding. This bike has 7 gears and is in good condition.
