Thanks for inspiring me to ride all winter -- I hope everyone had an injury- and illness-free winter and enjoyed the great outdoors a little more than otherwise due to Freezing Saddles. Sorry for being such a sluggard captain, but I was in management for a long time and learned that when the team is clicking well, the best thing for management to do is nothing! -Jeff
