This lengthy mural is painted on walls that surround a construction staging lot just west of the Halley Rise building which has a new Wegmans grocery store with condos on the floors above. This area has been designated “The Farm at Halley Rise” Some fruit trees are planted in front of the mural, as well as some garden plots containing native plants. See the photo of one of the signs that explain the concept behind this public space. Located on Hopper St in Reston, west of Reston Pkwy and north of Sunrise Valley Dr.

Bike rack illustrating what’s available at The Bike Lane in Reston (11150 Sunset Hills Rd) - coffee, bikes, and beer. The rack was installed in memory of BJ Silvey, a long time Reston resident who did a lot for cycling in NVA.
