Steve O, I know you can do better (and ride outside your neighborhood Letter box on the house is fine; but it needs to be unique / custom design (not something bought from a store).

How do you know it's not custom made by the owner or an artisan?

I got lucky today. I found this balloon on my ride today and took a picture of it because it was pink. I was looking for pink stuff because I relate it to Barbies.
