This is on the connector path from the Metro station westward towards the GSA warehouse/CIA underground training facility/bridge over I-95. The stub is the perfect height and location to be hard to see and could cause serious injury. It's not nice and round, it's flat and jagged. Is this on the Fairfax County fix-it list already? If I had an angle grinder I might be tempted to do some midnight grinding... :-)
