Just a note on another place to log your miles for July:

I started doing this a couple of days ago so I'd remember (hopefully) to do it for July, as the website (2milechallenge.com) appears to only let you log miles on the day you rode them!
I think milege for the Natl Bike Challenge has to be posted by midnight to count for the month. Our 200 mile riders might be too tired tonight for that. I'll just be glad to hear that they're all back safely!
Mine's posted. I ended up with 203 total miles for the day by riding to and from the event and skipping the out and back to St Marys. That way I got to log miles when it was cooler and could take my time after the lunch stop.![]()
Good thinking! I saw you all as you were heading east on Pennsylvania Ave. Some longish hills around there to start the ride with. Do you know if everyone made it back all right?
Saw Tim, Mark, and Pete at the end. They'll need to give their own stories.
I bumped into Mark B at about 8:00ish pm on the MVT. He reported that Tim came in 2nd place -whoohoooo! He didn't mention any injuries so I presume the crew finished up ok though some probably came home to a house without power. Augh.
I'm currently tied for 1st place for the month of July. Woohoo!!!
Dabnabbit. I didn't win the bike this month, either. And I don't think any of us won the year's supply of TP.

I was 4th place on the DC/VA/MD list earlier today but the GC contenders are moving up. I should have taken a screen shot.I'm 17th as I write this.
