Is there bike parking at the County Courthouse at 4110 Chain Bridge Road? I can't see anything on google street view, and couldn't get a solid answer on the phone.

One reason you can't see the rack is that it's placed on the edge of the concrete in front of the building so that if you park a bike half is in the mulch. There's one wave rack. The courthouse called me back and told me there was one between the Massey building and employee garage. Is that the one pictured in your article?
