MWABA tandem captain training 3/31 at 5:30 at Eastern Market

In partnership with WABA, the Metro Washington Association of Blind Athletes (MWABA) is hosting a captain training for people who are interested in riding tandems with blind/visually impaired cyclists. The training is on Thursday, March 31st from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Eastern Market Metro (701 Pennsylvania Ave. SE, DC). We ride on Thursday nights during daylight savings (April through October) at 6 p.m. and occasional weekends alternating between Eastern Market and Bethesda. MWABA provides tandem bikes and matches the captains and stokers who are interested in riding each week. Let me know if you have any questions!

We postponed this training and it's going to happen tomorrow, Friday April 8th from 5:30-7 at the Eastern Market metro. We're also happy to train new captains separately if you're interested but can't come to the training.
