Re the query on behalf of your friend, they should be informed that the subject of this pointless prize are specific art forms that are clearly discernible (but not necessarily understood). Pics of buildings that may or may not contain art forms will not meet the spirit and intent of #publicartfinder. Thank your friend on behalf of all PublicArtFinders for asking.

Resetting things to zero never happened, and alas, is not going to happen this year. I trust you have figured out a way to compensate anyway. Since this prize requires forum posts those are authoritative and the leaderboard is just advisory, anyway.

3/19: OK - this one is a bit of a stretch, but there's something rather artistic about this collection of scooters and bikes (and a stroller!) that seemingly were retrieved from the Tidal Basin and lined up outside the Jefferson Memorial (NE side by the bike rack there)

This is some sort of utility or transformer box thatís been painted to look like shelves of books. Itís located at one end of Tysons Tales Park. The park has seats and 2 unaffiliated LFLs (with few books). Aside from being right next to busy Westpark Dr, a nice place to relax and read a book. Another photo in my Strava.

It's not public art if you have to pay to see it, and no bike (that I can see) in the pic, so regretfully this pic does not qualify.

At 524 Rhode Island Ave NE (near metrobar) is the Van Gogh Immersive Experience. They've painted a large mural on the outside of the strip mall building (slated to be torn down as part of the redevelopment's next phase).
