Another thought- we could all go Hello Kitty themed. Fun and good remembrance for a valued friend.

I love this! Are we all going as Hello Kitty, or are we doing Hello Kitty and friends? If it's the latter, I'm claiming dibs on Keroppi, so that I can use my green turtle/frog costume for the fourth year running.

    Default Great Pumpkin Ride 2021

It sounds like we have converged on Hello Kitty. Iím not sure how well recognizable the other characters are. I was not aware that there were any until 4 minutes ago.it appears that Hello Kitty usually wears pink but has also been depicted in blue, red and green. Thereís a Green Apple Hello Kitty beanie baby even.

I like the idea of expanding the universe to include Hello Kitty’s friends. With that, I will claim a version of Tuxedo Sam.

I already have a Badtz Maru sticker on one of my bikes, so that's who I would go with.

Hello Kitty & friends is a great idea. Iíll call dibs on Sweet Coron unless anyone else wants it.

It looks like they've changed the routes this year. The options are 18, 49 or 64 miles. That's too bad - I thought the 32 mile length was just about right for a leisurely cycling + beer + food day.

We could always do the 18 mile route twice. Or just shave some miles off the 49.
