Just saw this and figured I will joined in on the fun and hopefully get some weight loss out of this because by signing up this will hold me accountable. I've been keeping track of my weight with my new digital awesome weight scale. My start of weight on January 1st is 142 lbs. As of today I weight in at 138.4 lbs. I'm hoping to lose 20 lbs by the end of the freezing saddle.

    Starting weight was 205
    As of yesterday: 200.

I'm feeling pretty good about this. Especially since it's been a rough couple of weeks emotiionally. Also, I ate all the little debbie stuff during my ride yesterday. Hoping that I can keep the willpower to have another week of losing!

BTW, it's inspiring to see all the folks here working on attaining their healthy weight. Keep up the good work!

I have to stop watching The Great British Baking Show. MmmmmMMmm cakes, breads, patisseries.

2/1 check-in: 184.6 (I can live with a 0.2 pound back-track. Just need to get back on glide slope)

Oh, and Holy cow - great job so far Hancockbs!

At 226.8 this morning. Still keeping up with MyFitnessPal and walking more. Added some yoga 2-3 times a week and trying to take evening volunteer type meetings while pedaling on the trainer.

Thank you! Itís coming off much faster than I thought. Iím sure Iím due a plateau before long. Until then, I am ecstatic with my results. I made my way below 30 BMI (obese) and am just overweight now. :-) Still a ways to go to get below overweight, but Iíll keep working it.
