FS Newbie
Hey all,
My name is Nick and this is my first year doing Freezing Saddles. Big fan of riding outside during the winter months. Not much of an indoor trainer kinda guy. Excited to rack up the mileage with my road bike and mtb.

Hi, I did FS last year and I'm back. So, Yes, I did like riding in the cold.... I couldn't have done it without this group. Looking forward to 2021.

Just trying to post something to be able to sign up to Freezing Saddles 2021.
I'm a local Bike Advocate in Burke, VA.

Hello!
I’m excited to join freezing saddles. I need a bit of motivation to get on the bike this winter. Or at all lately, really. Hope to see some of you guys out on the road.

1981 Shogun?
I think I sold that bike to you. Hope you are enjoying it as much as I did.

It's definitely NOT that I got lucky buying a used bike and have retroactively justified all of its limitations because it fits so well and I'm stubborn.

I ride more during Freezing Saddles than I do the entire rest of the year. About a third of that is at night. I averaged 7 miles a day last year. This year, I'm going for 8!

Long time local, first time Freezing Saddles. I did the Hains Point ride a few years ago in a fit of craziness.
I am also the creator of the WABA Women in Bicycles Strava group, so if any of you are wondering, please join.
Stuck out here in Sterling/Potomac Falls for the foreseeable future, but enjoying the new found joy of Rouvy for some better local ride options.
Cheers.
