    Default Q & A with John Forester

A long read but well worth the time. It covers John Forester's life story as a cyclist and advocate. The author, Peter Flax, disagrees with Forester on the usual street design topics, but his straight-up long-form Q&A attempts to capture Forester's thoughts and opinions faithfully and in context without any editorializing.

Thanks for posting. I've been a fan of Forester's for quite some time, since before his rupture with the League of American Bicyclists. In fact, I got my certification through LAB so long ago that I was an "Effective Cycling Instructor" rather than a "Licensed Cycling Instructor". Some good stuff there, and nice to review the history.
