    Default Incident near VA Sq metro, Arlington

    7:30am today, cyclist wearing kit laid out on ground in the middle of the street near the crosswalk on the north side of N Monroe St at the intersection with Fairfax Dr, when I drove past 10 minutes ago there were EMT’s present, Police closed Monroe St, and a crowd of commuters. Bicycle had been moved to curbside. Hope he is OK.
