    I don't think this is covered directly by any of the rules, but, if passed by a 9-year-old, don't wheel suck them. They're small and can't provide that much of a draft. /s

    Yesterday on the CCT I was about to pass someone. Checked over my shoulder first and saw a road cyclist on my shoulder, so I waved him on. He was followed by a kid who looked to be about 9. The guy I was about to pass stood on the pedals and dropped in behind the kid. I dropped back because I don't need any part of that.
