Volunteering at the Freezing Saddles Welcome Celebration

Hello, my Freezing Saddles friends. I’m looking forward to seeing y’all this Thursday evening!

The festivities will start at 6 pm. I’ll be there early (~5 pm) to set up the room…moving around the tables, putting up decorations, designating team tables, putting out chocolates, etc. And I’ll stick around afterwards for the cleanup (as usual, we’ll try and salvage the decorations to use again next time).

To those arriving early at Bier Baron to help set up the venue:

When you get to the tavern, 1523 22nd St NW, go up the staircase (outdoors), enter the main doorway, and then take an immediate right. Proceed down the stairs. Then make an immediate left and climb up the internal staircase to our venue. I plan to arrive at 5 pm. Thanks, and see you soon! w&w
