Group Ride Starting in Crystal City or Pentagon City?

I'm looking to join a group ride or start a group ride in the Crystal City/Pentagon City area for road cyclists. I'm thinking about a 10-20 mile route averaging around 13-15mph to begin with (no drop). Weekends are better for me with my work hours.
