We were more of a Farm & Fleet family, ourselves (it was closer).

Outside of thrift shops: JC Penny/Sears/Walmart carry some, but most likely you'd have to order online for in-store pickup or shipping to your home.

LSG is totally going to win this ride.

So long as I'm not falling asleep by that point, I'm looking forward to the museum visit. Can there be an informal meal/beer afterward?

The best part of this photo is the bro waving(?) to the robot.
We'll expect you to marshall in Japanese, then.... Or at least bring us a few cool words, willya?

That is categorically false. We've even rejected their errant seabirds. After all, nobody likes "Green Bay gulls."

And you've got it Nadine! I can do all of the marshal commands in Japanese, but I was originally thinking of holding onto that until I do the "Sushi Roll Ride" I'm tentatively planning on organizing in early March. ^_~

Fun fact since Kitty is currently in Japan: on January 8th, 1992, President George H Bush tossed his cookies into the lap of the Japanese Prime Minister at a state dinner before fainting. The Japanese coined the term Bushu-suru which means “to do the Bush thing.”

There will be no Bushu-suru on the President’s Day Ride.

I wish they all could be California gulls.

I have a Cheesehead like that! I even have a cheese-wedge saddle pack for my spare tube. I think Green Bay Gulls are great!
But here is another version I will add to the BAGELNEURING Pointless Prize-- Green Bagels:Click image for larger version.

I hope everyone appropriately celebrated Abraham Lincoln's 209th birthday today. Although Illinois is known as the Land of Lincoln, he wasn't born there. Come join the President's Day ride and find out how the White Snakeroot plant may have been responsible for Lincoln's migration to Illinois.
