I'm a little old school, but I can loop something like this over and over in my head during my commute in the morning, and arrive at work very mellow.

    Allman Brothers -- Blue Sky

When I used to be a regular at the Tuesday-Thursday Annandale Speedworks (also known as Wakey), it was heavy metal in the car on the way there.

That's a "Playin' hooky on Friday in early summer and riding down the C&O to do some bikepackin'" song if I ever heard one!

My favorite ride soundtrack is the ambient sound of the world around me as I ride. I've tried listening to music, via both bluetooth speaker and earbuds, and didn't like it. Too distracting.
