Planned itinerary: meet at 10:00 a.m. at the Sugar Shack in Arlington, at 1014 S. Glebe Rd; ride to the Sugar Shack in Alexandria, at 804 N. Henry St.; finish at the Duck Donuts in Alexandria, at 3610-F King St. The planned route is about 9 miles, with a few gentle hills; social pace, no drop. It'll be windy and in the low thirties, so keep that in mind.

Hey Rachel here - sorry I missed the happy hour (and for being a bike slacker lately). I got a nice ride in today and will start trying to make up for my pathetic mileage lately. I have biked to work numerous times - but would like this to motivate me to be more consistent about it. I like to get longer miles in on the weekends and do evening rides when I can. I am a freezing saddles newbie. Last year was my first year racing road and cross and I am a former triathlete.
