Default Bike fitting - do I need to tip?

Just curious on this one. Well, the guy that will do the bike fitting is a former US olympian, so I assume he is earning adequately. I think it will be insulting on his part If I give him some change.

    What you think?

I know who you are talking about (he did my fitting). No reason to tip. He basically works as an independent contractor and sets his own rates. He is always busy (does great fittings too).
