    The PAL trailer was all alone in Crystal City today promoting safety.

    yes-we now have a "floating" trailer, that could be locked up different places in Arlington. Unfortunately, the trailer in crystal city is stuck, the lock is frozen (quite the pickle!). We are working on freeing it though! thanks for the shoutout!
